  • Our BDE arranges video/telephonic interview with client. Client can select candidate per his requirement and convenience.
  • Client selects the expert/s.
  • Selected Expert is allocated to Client to start working with them right away.

You can hire developers from OpenXcell according to your needs on monthly, weekly, daily, hourly contract basis.

Monthly scheme:

  • 8 hours a day and contracted for a month
  • Total: 180 hours per month
  • Minimum period of hiring: One month
  • Billing: Monthly Advance.

Weekly scheme:

  • 8 hours a day and 6 days in a week
  • Total: 48 hours per week
  • Minimum period of hiring: One week
  • Billing: Weekly Advance.

Daily scheme:

  • Minimum period of hiring: 20 hours
  • Billing: Daily
