    Our clients were facing problem to integrate various features of the Hotel. They needed to build a web based, powerful database enabled, online Hotel reservation application to manage all its tariff and stake holders’ statistics at one place. Moreover they needed;

    We were required to develop web architecture that could integrate Front Office, E-Reservations, Store, Inventory, Sales, and House Keeping. Further, a module was required to manage the entire book keeping on periodic basis. In short, we needed to develop an application with intuitive backend support.

  • Solution

    After a brainstorming study of the scrapes, we decided to design a CMS driven web application, which not only offers travel packages but also connects third party payment services (credit card/net banking) with the agents’ deposit account. We created a primary module for the head user and named it Administrator Module, where he could take the advantages of following features;

  • Master feature, to manage and control other forms of each module. It is a centralized feature to set rules as per the administrator’s (Head User) requirement.
    • Supplier Control Master, to manage and communicate with various suppliers
    • Backend Profile, to manage and keep track of backend staff and travel agents
    • Inventory Management, to keep track of the stock
    • Utility Feature, to help communicate with all the stake holders through, sending/receiving mails, downloading/uploading documents.
    • Dashboard, to view all the notifications like, booking/cancellation of reservations by customer or client. Additionally, it redirects user to the specific page on a single click.
    • Currency Control, for exchange of an equivalent sum of money in different currencies
    • Bill and Report Generation, in print out manner for all periodic group/ individual reports and their transactions.
