Simple Platform To Create Organization’s OKR
EngagePulse is an online platform for organizations to manage their OKRs(Objectives and Key Results) for the teams in order to track the progress with regular check-ins. This platform gives clarity of goals and helps the team to come together for strategic initiatives. Also, this application contains organizational charts which assists managers to create goals and check if the team is focused towards their goals. Teams can also set meetings and the action items can be defined against the tasks performed and goals achieved.
