The client was looking for a unified shipment tracking portal that could track the delivery status of orders from various service providers. Hence, OpenXcell created a web-based solution that ensures accurate & real-time tracking of items, allowing easy integration with various platforms like Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, FedEx, Quickbooks, Walmart, and more using tracking API. All one has to do is simply enter the shipment tracking id from USPS, UPS, Australia Post, FedEx, Delhivery and get the accurate status of your shipment on a single screen. Since this solution needed a robust system to handle data from multiple service providers, the OpenXcell team created multiple open APIs for the integrations to happen seamlessly. Apart from that, a real-time tracking system was established so the customers can get push notifications as and when the status of their orders changes. Auto-detect couriers feature was also added to make the operations more efficient. Overall, this one-stop solution provided by OpenXcell enabled the client to provide their customers with an effective portal from where they can check all their deliveries, without having to keep track of multiple sites.
