They needed a lightweight, easy-to-use CRM software solution for all industries, which should be easy to scale and customize.
Challenges faced during the CRM development
Dynamic Custom Fields
One of the CRM's most important features is the ability for the administrator to create custom fields and forms dynamically. Implementing custom fields and mapping them to the internal database was difficult as this is a cloud-based solution.
Gmail Add-On Integration
The client wanted to create a Gmail Add-On to improve the CRM's accessibility and usability. We faced numerous challenges in terms of data redundancy and mapping while developing the Gmail Add-On.
Another essential feature of the CRM is its support for multi-location, which allows customers to manage their CRM data and sales based on their location. Supporting multiple locations and mapping their data in the cloud-based solution proved to be a challenging task.
